The PEARLS December Workshop was held on Thursday Dec 5th 2019. We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone that came out to our event to learn more about our organization and what’s to come in the near future!

Dr. Maria Cioppa and Ms. Jaimie Kechego gave presentations at the event. Dr. Maria Cioppa, a professor for the School of Environment, gave a presentation titled; “WEDigHistory: From Canada150 to Experiential Learning.” Ms. Jaimie Kechego, the Indigenous Coordinator of Indigenous Curriculum and Pedagogy, for the Centre of Teaching and Learning, gave a talk titled “Including Indigenous Curriculum and Pedagogy”.
