“Marginalization” Collaboration 2014

At this day in age, an important part of creating work is being able to collaborate with other artists to support and complement each other in terms of our visual language. For the past three weeks, I worked with the talented Karissa Sardinha where we tackled the concept of marginalization to showcase in our individual portraits. The outcome of our collaborative efforts was nothing short of magical. The picture below showcases our individual portraits side by side (her carnation on the left and my child chair on the right).
