With this blog you’ll follow the life and work of a Visual Art student as I discover the world and myself along the way. To open up this blog, I’ll begin with a small introduction.

My name is Ashleigh Arca.
I was born on November 24th 1993 in Scarborough, Ontario Canada.
I am currently working towards a BFA-Visual Arts degree with an Arts Management Certificate.
I have a passion for visual expression using mixed media with a concentration in painting. My artwork tends to be ever evolving as I attempt to find my voice and figure out my self-identity. Visual expression and visual art is a form of catharsis for me, and you can be sure that everything I do will be an attempt to express a story.
