Hello everyone!
My name is Emily Peckham and I am currently in my first year of the Consecutive Bachelor of Education program through the University of Windsor. My teachable subjects are Biology and Chemistry.
Prior to this program, I studied at Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with a Honors Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. Although I have this degree, I have always had an underlying desire to teach and help others. Tutoring throughout my university career is what finally led me to this program.
In terms of home and family life, I was born and raised in Sarnia, ON. I absolutely love living here, so close to the United States and the water. I am the oldest of three children, and I have two younger brothers. I am very close with my family. I have two dogs – a golden retriever named Elliot, and a shih tzu mix named OsKar.
My main interests are reading and playing sports (such as soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, etc.); however, my favourite thing is to spend time with family and friends.
