(Worth noting: be professional and concise, and leave some of your personality behind in the writing.)
CRITERIA:
Members are dedicated in their care and commitment to students. They treat students equitably and with respect, and are sensitive to factors that influence individual student learning. Members facilitate the development of students as contributing citizens of Canadian society.

- evidence of understanding students at risk
- classroom management and discipline strategies
- How to modify your curriculum and evidence that you understand IEPs.
