Hello and Welcome!!
My name is Alyssa Antal and I am completing my Bachelor Of Education at the University Of Windsor, Primary/Junior division.

Growing Up
Ever since I was young I knew I wanted to be a teacher, it was something that just came very natural to me. Once I was in high school I sparked an interest in Psychology and more specifically child Psychology. This drove me to apply for the Psychology and Concurrent Education program at the University of Windsor. I am now in my third year and I love the program, as well as my peers and professors.
Family
I am so blessed to have the family that I do. We love to travel and each year for March break we would travel to Clearwater, Florida and stay with my grandparents. We always travel throughout Florida and been to Disney twice! We have also taken a trip to Myrtle Beach with all my cousins and their families. My brother is 17 years old and works at McDonalds like I did, he loves golfing and hockey. My family is my biggest support system and my mom is always believing in me and my dad is always there to help me in any way possible.
Work
I currently work as a recreational instructor for the City Of Windsor as well as at a daycare in Windsor. I do also help out with my family’s business. When I was 15 I applied for my first ever job at McDonald’s where I worked there for just under 4 years. In high school I was an executive on student council and helped run and organize events like charity fashion shows, throughout the school and community. I have over 100 hours of volunteer hours within my high school, and community with The Children’s Miracle Network, Seven Lakes Golf Course, LINK Program.
Spare Time
In my spare time I enjoy hiking on different trails, it has been a great way to stay active while exploring where I live. Taking pictures of the sunset is something I have really been enjoying as well lately. I like to capture that moment in the sky where it looks so unique. Throughout the past 2 years I have taken an interest on DIY projects that I can do at home either by myself or with my friends and family. Playing sports has always been my favourite extra curricular, especially hockey. I have played hockey for over 12 years and it has greatly improved my teamwork and leadership skills. Growing up I also participated in soccer, gymnastics, baseball, dance, basketball, and volleyball.
