- 2018- 2022: Trustee & Chairperson of the Greater Essex County District School Board.
- Served as Chairperson of the Greater Essex County District School Board, leading governance for a district serving over 36,000 students and 3,500 staff across nine municipalities, ensuring compliance with policies and the Ontario Ministry of Education’s Education Act. Official spokesperson for the GECDSB, including facilitating trustworthy knowledge transfer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Served as a panelist at the 2021 and 2022 Ontario Public Education Symposium, discussing governance challenges during the pandemic and fostering understanding of effective relationships between the Board and the Director of Education.
- 2022- present: Ward 1 Councillor in the Town of Tecumseh.
- Lead the development of strategic plans and policies, contributing to the 2023-2026 Town of Tecumseh Strategic Priorities, ensuring alignment with community needs, budgetary realities, and municipal objectives.
