Women in Leadership in Windsor, Ontario is a community organization formed by University of Windsor students. Their website reads:
“WIL’s mission is to develop leadership and encourage entrepreneurship in young women while raising awareness to the inequalities that exist between men and women in a professional environment.”

In late fall of 2012, we filmed a promotional video for Women in Leadership to help them spread the word about their organization and to introduce some of their members. Luckily we got an unseasonably warm day for the shoot and got to film outside!

When the video was done, it was posted to the organization’s Facebook page and received lots of positive feedback, logging over a thousand views in a couple days!

I really enjoyed working on this video with the whole group! Each member of this organization is talented, driven, and has the attitude it takes to make positive changes in society.
