I also came up with another way to play it. There are two cassette tapes that have one tape with a reel on both ends. One end of the tape is in one cassette and the other end is in the other cassette. You play it by pulling the two cassettes back and forth across the tape head. It reminded me of scratching records and the tape has a similar sound.
