PEARLS has funds available for faculty members in the Faculty of Science who wish to implement teaching and learning projects. These grants will support educational projects that emphasize experiential and active, research-based pedagogy, and publication of the results. These projects should result in outcomes that can be disseminated to benefit the broader teaching community.
Grants will be awarded in two categories:
Category A: To develop or test teaching resources (see examples of previous grants at www.uwindsor.ca/pearl)
Category B: This grant will help faculty to publish their teaching innovations in a disciplinary or teaching and learning journal.
