Attached below is an lesson plan for Grade3 ESL Science that I taught to introduce Plants:
This lesson was created to determine the prior knowledge of my students in order for me to decide the next steps in their learning. As well, this lesson incorporated new words into their growing vocabularies. After reflecting on the lesson, I was able to determine that the students required a hands-on opportunity with plants in order to better grasp the concepts, thus my next lesson included planting bean seeds.
